These terms apply when you use niwachat.com, request a demo, download Niwa AI, or use a licence issued through this site. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site or product.
Product and licence
Niwa AI is software for WordPress and WooCommerce. Your activation key and licence details state the duration and scope of your access. You may not sell, share, reverse engineer, or use a licence outside its stated scope unless applicable law gives you that right.
Your website and credentials
Niwa can make changes to a WordPress site when you authorize it. You are responsible for choosing its permissions, protecting account credentials, keeping current backups, and testing important changes before using them on a live store. Do not give Niwa access you would not give a trusted site administrator.
Acceptable use
Do not use NiwaChat or Niwa AI to break the law, access systems without permission, distribute malware, abuse third-party services, or interfere with other users or websites. We may suspend access used for abuse or security attacks.
Third-party services
Niwa may depend on WordPress, your hosting provider, AI model providers, email or messaging services, and licensing services such as Freemius. Their terms, limits, availability, and fees are separate from ours.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, limit, or stop parts of the site or product. We work to keep Niwa useful and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information submitted through this site is handled.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, NiwaChat and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption. Any direct liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected service during the previous 12 months. Where the law does not allow a limitation, it applies only as far as the law permits.
