Yes. Content written with AI can rank on Google. Using AI does not automatically qualify a page for good rankings, and avoiding AI does not guarantee them. The page still needs to be useful, accurate, accessible and relevant to the searcher's need. Publishing large amounts of unoriginal material without adding value can violate Google's spam policies.

For a WordPress owner, Niwa can help turn approved business knowledge into an article and carry it through a reviewed publishing workflow. The useful starting point is the evidence you bring: what your business knows, what customers ask and what the reader needs to decide.

Give the article something worth finding

AI can organize an answer, but a generic summary of existing pages gives readers little reason to choose yours. Start with material your business can verify: a documented process, a real product comparison, photographs you own, a worked example or a practical explanation from the person doing the work.

Consider a repair business explaining why two common faults can look similar. The technician can supply the observable symptoms, diagnostic limits and when a customer should stop using the equipment. AI can help arrange that explanation. It should not invent a test, a safety instruction or an experience the technician never had.

Google's people-first content guidance asks whether content provides original information, a substantial answer and clear sources. Those are useful editorial questions before you ask whether the wording sounds optimized.

Define the question and check your existing pages

Write a brief that names the reader, the question, the approved evidence and the intended next action. Check whether another page already answers the same question. If it does, improving that page may be more helpful than adding a near duplicate.

An article about comparing two materials should explain the actual decision: suitability, maintenance, limitations and the circumstances in which each makes sense. It should not become a long introduction to every topic in the industry.

Niwa's verified WordPress publishing workflow provides a route for moving a defined brief into content you can review. Use it with your own facts and intended page, rather than treating generation as the final editorial decision.

Review the generated draft against its sources

Ask AI to distinguish supplied facts from anything it wants you to verify. Then check the draft paragraph by paragraph. Open citations and confirm they support the claim, not just the general subject.

Check product details, prices, dates, comparisons and every promise made to the reader. Remove invented quotations, customer stories and credentials. If the article gives medical, legal or other high-impact advice, have the relevant professional review it.

Google's generative AI guidance also applies factual review to titles, descriptions, structured data and alt text. A careful body does not excuse a misleading headline or an invented result in the meta description.

Make the WordPress page complete

Set a descriptive title, a clear URL, useful headings and a concise description that matches the article. Add relevant internal links where they help the reader continue, and assign an image with an accurate description. An illustration should be presented as an illustration, not evidence of a real customer result.

Preview the page on a phone as well as a larger screen. Check that the main explanation is easy to read and the links work. In Niwa's owner conversation, identify the draft and request the specific corrections you approved. Check the saved article before publication.

If you need help turning source material into a readable draft, the guide to writing a blog post with AI covers that writing task. Ranking eligibility adds another question: whether the finished page serves a clear need and can be discovered.

Confirm discovery, then judge performance

Use Search Console's URL Inspection tool to examine the page's indexing information. A successful live test does not guarantee indexing, and an indexed page does not guarantee a high position for a particular query.

Once the article has enough data, review its queries and clicks, then look at useful enquiries or sales. A tool's content score is not a Google ranking score. Publishing date, word count and the percentage written by AI are not a results report.

Do not rewrite a useful article merely to pass an AI detector. Correct weak reasoning, inaccuracies and empty repetition because they affect readers. No detector score proves that a page deserves to rank.

Use AI to express what your business knows

An AI-powered website can keep helping after launch, including content editing and customer assistance. That is different from a website built with AI once and then left untouched. Neither label establishes search performance by itself.

Existing WordPress owners can install the standalone Niwa plugin. Niwa Business is USD 150, with a custom WordPress site or migration, hosting, maintenance and AI adaptation for the business.

Contact Niwa with one article idea and the evidence behind it. Start with a page that deserves to be read, then review the draft, publish deliberately and measure what happens.
