What should a setup quote include?

Ask for a clear record of the work and the acceptance checks:

• The customer task and the pages or catalogue data it uses.
• The plugin licence and the connected AI account.
• Content preparation, indexing and any additional integration work.
• The permissions for customer conversations and authorised owner operations.
• Mobile checks and a test of the complete customer journey.
• Who handles problems and what support is included after handover.
