Yes. AI can explain SaaS pricing plans when it has current, approved rules for the charge, billing period, included features, seats, usage and add-ons. Niwa can use that information to answer pricing questions on your WordPress website and WhatsApp. It should explain your offer without inventing a discount, negotiated quote or change to a customer's subscription.

A visitor asking "What would we pay for twelve people?" may need more than the price printed on a card. Some people may need paid seats while others have limited guest access. The useful answer depends on your definition of a seat and what the buyer needs those people to do.

Give the assistant the rule behind each number

For every plan, document the currency, billing period, required commitment, included features and units that change the charge. Include published add-on prices, usage allowances and what happens beyond them. Make minimum quantities and trial conditions clear when they apply.

If you display an annual commitment as a monthly equivalent, explain how much is charged and when. A number described as "per month" can leave a buyer uncertain whether they can pay month by month.

Separate current public terms from legacy customer arrangements. A buyer's statement that they once saw another price is a reason to check the source, not permission for the assistant to promise it.

Explain the model in the buyer's context

Stripe's pricing documentation distinguishes flat-rate, per-seat, tiered and usage-based models. These describe charging rules, not interchangeable plan labels.

A flat-rate plan may cover a defined package. Per-seat pricing depends on the billable quantity. Tiered charges can change as quantity rises. A usage-based plan needs an understandable unit, such as processed records or requests, and a defined measurement period.

Prepare a plain explanation for the model your product actually uses. If customers pay for processing, say what counts as a processed item. If a failed attempt is billable, make that rule explicit in your approved material. Do not ask the assistant to infer billing mechanics from a marketing label.

Use calculations that can be checked

Consider a fictional product with a published monthly charge of USD 20 per paid seat. If twelve people each require a paid seat, the seat component is USD 240 per month. This arithmetic example does not include an unspecified add-on, tax or negotiated arrangement.

If only eight people need the capabilities assigned to paid seats, first establish whether the other four can use the product under its published guest rules. Do not silently bill twelve or assume four free accounts.

For tiered prices, your documentation needs to say whether a rate applies to all units at a volume level or separately to units within each band. Those can produce different totals. Have your team approve worked examples and test the assistant against them before using them in buyer conversations.

The website explanation does not replace the final checkout or contract terms. Link buyers to the current pricing page and keep a contact route for a requirement outside the published rules.

Prepare Niwa to answer from current information

On an existing WordPress website, install the standalone Niwa plugin, connect a supported AI account and index your current pricing pages. Add the charging definitions and relevant exceptions to the business guidance used by the visitor assistant. The Niwa setup guide explains these settings.

Write instructions around the actual task: explain the applicable public rule, ask for missing quantities or requirements and identify anything that needs sales review. A visitor should be able to ask the same question in their own words, rather than learn a special command.

After a price change, update the public information, refresh the indexed material as needed and retest an old question. Check both the new answer and the linked page. An approved edit that was saved but not reflected in subsequent answers is an unfinished pricing update.

Keep explanation separate from account actions

Niwa can describe a published upgrade policy without changing an authenticated SaaS account. Inspecting an invoice, applying a discount or updating a subscription requires its own supported integration, identity verification and permissions. Those actions are outside a public pricing explanation.

Define the human route for negotiated agreements, legacy terms, disputed charges and uncertain quantities. Your team can review the buyer's question without the assistant pretending to know private account details. Niwa's role and access guidance matters when customer assistance and owner tools share a website.

Test the questions that expose ambiguity

Check a single user, a larger team, a guest-access case, an add-on and a quantity near a pricing boundary. Ask about annual versus monthly payment and a feature that is not included. Verify the exact number, the explanation behind it and the destination of any pricing link.

Include missing information. If the buyer has not supplied expected usage, the answer should explain what is needed rather than present a precise-looking estimate. Test in the languages your customers use, preserving currency and charging rules while adapting the explanation naturally.

Make your pricing easier to discuss

Niwa Business is USD 150 for a custom WordPress website or migration, hosting, maintenance and AI adaptation. Existing WordPress owners can use the standalone plugin. Neither route implies that your SaaS billing application is rebuilt or connected automatically.

Send Niwa your pricing page and one difficult pricing question. Include the approved rule behind the answer. We can discuss how to make that information useful in your website and WhatsApp conversations.
