How to Review AI Posts Before They Are Published

Review AI social posts for accurate claims, destination links, visuals and timing. Use Niwa for revisions and approve the exact final version.

Review AI posts by comparing the final caption, visual, destination and publication time with your approved business facts. Correct the draft, inspect it in the intended channel preview and approve that exact version before it enters the publishing queue.

Niwa can prepare and revise the posts using your WordPress content. Your review gives the automation a clear boundary: it may deliver the approved material, while a changed claim, image or offer comes back for another decision.

Collect everything the reviewer needs

A caption alone is not enough. Put the source page, proposed media, link destination, channel, intended audience and scheduled time beside it.

For a workshop business, a post about a beginner’s class should use the published class description, price and participation requirements. If it says “book a place,” the destination should let a reader find the actual class and complete the next step.

Ask Niwa to check the website information first. Mark any unresolved fact in the private review record rather than publishing a confident guess.

Assign one person to give the final approval. Other team members can supply factual checks without leaving everyone unsure whether the post is cleared.

Read for meaning before polishing style

Check what a reader would reasonably understand. A sentence can be grammatically correct and still promise more than the business offers.

If a class is suitable for beginners but requires participants to bring materials, “everything is provided” would be misleading. If the source says a product usually ships within a stated window, removing “usually” changes the commitment.

Compare prices, availability, offer conditions and service descriptions with the current source. Check quoted statements and customer results against genuine evidence and permission to use them.

Then read the caption aloud. Ask Niwa in the owner’s conversation to remove awkward or inflated wording while preserving the verified facts. Do not approve a revised version without reading it again.

Use a simple review record:

Item What to verify Example problem
Claim Matches the approved source Caption adds a guarantee
Media Shows the correct item or activity Photo depicts a different class
Destination Delivers the promised next step Link opens a generic homepage
Offer Current conditions are clear Expired price remains in the queue
Schedule Correct account and audience time Post uses the wrong time zone
Access Only authorized people can publish Draft author can bypass the intended review

Inspect the preview on a phone. Check cropping, readable text inside images and the placement of important information. Add useful image descriptions where supported.

Open the link as an ordinary visitor. A private preview, a broken product page or a different-language destination can prevent people from acting even when the caption looks finished.

Give Niwa specific revision instructions

Replace vague feedback such as “make it better” with the exact problem:

Revise the workshop caption using the current class page. Keep the stated price and materials requirement. Remove the claim that all equipment is supplied. Keep the approved photograph and destination. Return one revised draft for review; do not publish it.

This gives you a version you can compare with the source and the previous draft. It also avoids unnecessary changes to parts that already work.

If a factual problem starts on the website, approve the website correction as well. Otherwise the next batch of drafts may repeat the same mistake.

Approve a complete, identified version

Record the final caption, media, link, account and time together. An approval such as “looks good” in a long conversation can become ambiguous when several versions follow.

A small team can use a shared document and an owner-controlled scheduler. A larger team may use a built-in review workflow. Buffer’s draft approval documentation describes approval permissions on its Team plan.

Check the actual roles. Account owners and users with full access can move drafts into the queue, so the software’s approval options do not guarantee that every person must submit a review request.

When an approved caption, image or offer changes, send the changed version through review again. This is a procedure your team should enforce; do not assume every scheduler automatically invalidates an earlier approval.

Inspect the queued item and the public result

After scheduling, compare the saved queue item with the approved record. Confirm the destination account, exact media and publication time.

Near publication, recheck facts that can change. A limited product may have sold out, a workshop may be full or a delivery arrangement may have changed. Pause unsuitable posts before they go out.

After delivery, open the public post. Keep its link and record any corrections needed. Publishing success and copy accuracy are separate checks.

Niwa can also support the conversations prompted by the post, using the website’s business context. Keep the customer-facing response consistent with the offer that was actually approved.
